Northern Territory

One of the last remaining genuine ‘Outback’ destinations in Australia

NORTHERN TERRITORY

Inhabiting much of Australia’s central mainland and central northern regions, the Northern Territory is one of the last remaining genuine ‘Outback’ destinations in Australia. With so many natural wonders, ancient history, rich culture and unique wildlife to explore, a holiday to the Northern Territory can be as diverse as the region itself.

Today, with its World Heritage-listed sites like Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park and Kakadu National Park, along with a huge number of other natural attractions, there are plenty of places to lose yourself and become immersed in your surroundings. With its long history of Aboriginal settlement you’ll find plenty of Indigenous culture on display – everything from ancient rock art and cultural centres to the sacred and iconic Uluru. Arnhem Land, to the east of Darwin, is one of Australia’s last strongholds of traditional Aboriginal culture – rock art, bark paintings and the home of the didgeridoo.

Darwin is the perfect base to explore the natural attractions of World Heritage-listed Kakadu National Park with one of the highest concentrations of Aboriginal rock art sites in Australia. Alice Springs is the perfect destination for an authentic Outback encounter. Spectacular sunburnt landscapes, Outback spirit, isolated communities and colourful local characters. There is a tour to suit everyone. As the hub of Central Australia, Alice Springs combines the rich culture and art of indigenous Australia with a modern and vibrant atmosphere. Marvel at the enormity of Uluru, discover the spiritual significance of Kata Tjuta and explore the rim of Kings Canyon. Six hundred million years in the making, these incredible natural creations will captivate you from sunrise to sunset.

"She is very obliging and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff really well. Although I deal with her in a different city, her online help is second to none. Nothing is a problem even though I have had to change bookings."

"Minji communicated really well. She answered all my questions promptly, and even when it got a little confusing about the accommodation, she put things on hold and waited until I had that sorted. She was very clear with what she needed from me (and my friend) and how much it would cost."

Having travelled extensively I thoroughly enjoy immersing myself in the rich culture of any country I am fortunate enough to visit. Travel is my passion and I love helping clients create an unforgettable experience that is uniquely their own.

I genuinely believe that travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer. I enjoy being part of each and every journey. No day is the same in the life of a travel consultant and I relish the challenge that this represents. I am flattered by the number of clients who have come back to me time and time again.

Having travelled to nearly 50 countries, my bucket list is still never ending. I have backpacked my way through the world in my youth as well as enjoying five star luxury in more recent times. I have definitely felt richer from each and every experience. Travel is a way of life, I love what I do and that passion and enthusiasm always translates into the work I put into my clients plans.

I really do have a passion for travel especially visiting new destinations.

I very rarely spend my holidays at home. I'm usually on a plane with husband Mike - suitcases over packed as usual.

We enjoy being active on holiday - walking 800 kms across Spain on the Camino, biking through Latvia and Estonia.

I equally enjoy a good beach holiday such as Santorini, Fiji and Queensland.

We also manage to fit in visiting children and grandchildren in London, Hong Kong and Sydney.
