The best time to visit Vanuatu is from May to October, offering cooler and drier weather perfect for outdoor adventures. Waking up at 5am to have a cup of tea whilst watching the sun rising over Angkor Wat as the local monks walked past. It was such a magical moment and one that will be engraved in my mind forever.
